Training Methods

For us, “normal” is just too boring! Do you find that too? If so, then we invite you to take part in a variety of fun training sessions in the great outdoors. Every group training differs from the next, and in this way… “the norm” is eliminated. In fact, the only “normal” you can expect, is to always have a good time and to be a part of unbelievable successes.

  • Strength training
    So, you want to change something? That’s perfect! Because the “will” do something can become a powerful driving force for each and every one of us. TRX (Total Resistance eXercise), rope and band workouts train strength, coordination, flexibility and core stability. Yes, this can be achieved with training with nothing more than a few training aids and body weight. By reaching all muscle groups you can create effective results in weight reduction or even building musculature or toning. We provide a variety of different exercises at varying levels so that our members can train at a level that is most appropriate for them.
     
  • Cardio Circuit
    So, you’re not a natural athlete? Don’t worry, talent can be improved on by increasing your endurance, strength and coordination. We will help get you there! Our cardio training sessions are an effective cardiovascular workout trainer at increasing the heart rate, keeping it there whilst you burn fat during the have fun. The physiological stress of endurance training not only helps boost one’s fitness, but also energy and concentration levels. Varied workouts with new exercises will keep you interested whilst you train the body and mind and increase the release of “happy” hormone endorphins.
     
  • Fitboxing
    Has losing weight and performing regular exercise been a struggle for you? Then prepare yourself for a powerful workout with even bigger results! Fitboxing is a great way to forget the stresses of everyday life and concentrate fully on your body, fitness and physical goals. In addition to this, boxing training can improve your speed, agility, reaction time and all-round coordination. Your trainer and teammates keep you motivated whilst you burn calories during this intensive workout.

Directions

By public transport: take bus no. 1 or 5. Exit at the Kupferhammer stop in Kriens, turn directly into Hofstretterstrasse and walk until you reach Längsägestrasse. Keep right and then turn left at the first junction. Lastly, turn right at the next T-junction and you will soon see the Dein Trainer course room on your left. Walking time from the bus stop is approximately 3 minutes.

By car: Parking is available directly on site at Amstutzweg 3. If you directly enter the place and the street in the navi, you can not miss your destination.

Directions

By public transport: take train S4, S5 or bus no. 20. Exit at Mattenhof, walk in the direction of Hautstrasse until you reach the big traffic circle. There you will see a high-rise building with a Subway restaurant on the ground floor. Next door to the Subway, you will find a door labeled “Swisscom.” Enter through this door, use the elevator, or stairs, and on the sixth floor you will find where we train outdoors in good weather.

By car: Parking is available at the Mattenhof train station. Walk in the direction of the main street to the high-rise building with the ground floor Subway restaurant.

Directions

By public transport: Take train S4, S5 or bus no. 20 and exit at Mattenhof. Walk towards Migro and next door you will find the parking garage. We meet and train on the 6th floor. Take the lift, or for more a challenge, the stairs.

By car: members can park directly in the Mattenhof parking lot.

Directions

By public transport: Get off at the train station Küssnacht am Rigi. Take bus no. 22 to the bus stop Hauptplatz. Then turn left at the traffic circle into Unterdorf and walk to the crossroads. Then take a sharp right onto Quaistrasse. Go straight on until you reach the Seewiese. We are already waiting for you there. Walking distance from the bus stop: about 4 minutes.

By car: Parking is available on site at the Monsejour parking lot at Poststrasse 1 in 6403 Küssnacht. Then walk along the Quaistrasse to the lake and you have reached our outdoor training area. Walking distance from the parking lot: approx. 2 minutes.

Directions

By public transport: take bus no. 20 and exit at the Werkhof stop in Houw. Walk in the direction of the lake, or alternatively follow the signs leading to strandbad (swimming area). You will soon find our meeting point for SUP training. Walking time from the bus stop is roughly 3 minutes.

By car: one can park at Seefeld parking lot. From here follow the signs to the strandbad (swimming area) or walk in the direction of the lake. Walking time from parking lot is roughly 2 minutes.
