My motivation as a trainer:
It is fascinating what the body is capable of. Unfortunately, it is given far too little appreciation. In my training as a movement educator, I began to connect body and mind. A life without training is unimaginable for me today. I am curious and impressed what movement can do in me. Passing on this enthusiasm and feeling of gratitude is my motivation.
My hobbies:
Making playgrounds unsafe with my children, dancing, traveling, hiking.
What I still want to do in my life:
Never lose my inner child.
