Philosophy

In this day and age there are more than enough fitness centers or personal trainers. But sometimes a membership or having your own personal training assistant isn’t quite enough to achieving your individual goals. So, since 2015, I have been developing a support training concept that has slowly risen to be a market leader in personal training and bootcamps. Here at DEIN TRAINER we let our success stories speak for themselves.

We aim to focus our attention on each individual and by doing so help achieve his/her personal goals. We have various options to meet each individuals’ needs, thereby try to tailor your training to match your normal daily stresses and requirements. With a “goal -orientated” approach, we work efficiently, and together we achieve the desired result. The sky is the limit – Just like the advantages
Today, most of our daily life is spent indoors. But we believe that our natural roots belong in nature. As an alternative to the usual training model of crowded gyms, DEIN TRAINER instead offers group and personal training sessions to take place outdoors whenever possible. “Why” you might ask? Because it is scientifically proven that training in nature can have the following benefits:

  • Lowers blood pressure, stabilizes one’s heart rate and hormonal balance, and can reduce stress and anxiety.
  • Supports the immune system and increases a stronger white cell blood count.
  • Increases Vitamin D levels which is important for the absorption of Calcium by skeletal bones. Vitamin D also promotes the production of serotonin which can lead to an advanced mood.
  • Lowers blood sugar levels
  • Improves motor skills, coordination and balance through training on uneven surfaces. Depending on the exercise, it can aid in strengthen the torso muscles as well.
  • Stimulates the senses which leads to the formation of new brain cells and nerve connections.

Set the goal and find the way. Before we commence with the training, we discuss your personal goals, concerns about exercise and the time constraints you may have. Therefore, we create a plan and an individual path toward your end goal.

Whether personal or group training, we always do it together! As trainers, we take it upon ourselves to keep you motivated and optimize each session you attend. It is important that you not only work hard but feel comfortable whilst doing so. This way, you can reach your full potential.

Initial goals are regularly monitored. This way we travel the journey of success together and can keep track of your fitness and strength progressions. After each superseding measurement, new goals are discussed so that you can develop optimally.
