My Motivation as a Nutritionist and Trainer:
Why I am qualified to help you achieve your individual goals is simple and straightforward: I was once at a point where I needed to make a change too. A few years ago, I quickly reached my limits with physical exertion, and that was the day I knew I didn't want to feel that way anymore. Since then, I have lost 25 kg. I wanted my body to be a place where I feel at home. And I want your body to become a home for you as well.
My Hobbies:
Transforming recipes into healthy alternatives, climbing the peaks of the Swiss mountains, breathing in the sea air, and reading a good book.
What I Still Want to Do in My Life:
Walk the entire Camino de Santiago, preferably with my family.
