Our nutritional team will help you understand more by providing you with the knowledge you need, a manual, recipes and your very own weekly plan. We analyze your weekly consumption, your personal mental and physical state and your sleeping patterns, which can all have a massive impact on energy levels (or lack thereof).

Together with your nutritionist, you will closely examine your current diet and state of health. We want to look deeper than just your habits; instead, we want to discover your nutritional issues. We can determine what is good and should be maintained and what is perhaps negative to your personal well-being and should be deleted from your daily routine. Of course, we want to inspect your sleep patterns, moods and energy levels, because we know that these all play a huge role in what we are able to achieve on a weekly basis. Personal guidelines and on-going support (incl. via Whatsapp) during a 2-month period we help you optimally adjust your eating habits.

Together we analyze your behavioral patterns, looking back as far as you possibly can remember and weeding out those negative dietary experiences that perhaps developed into habitual behavior. We then analyze your current produce purchases, looking into the depths of your fridge as well as those grocery bags. What you learn about food, you can practice while cooking new and exciting healthy recipes together.
