My Motivation as a Trainer:
I am a passionate athlete and snowboarder, specializing in freestyle, BIG Air, halfpipe, and occasionally slopestyle. In addition to working as a snowboard instructor, I improve my tricks on the trampoline during the summer. Since 2019, I have primarily trained with calisthenics, starting with pistol squats and muscle ups. As of the end of 2023, I have mastered the back lever and front lever, and I am striving to achieve the planche. Additionally, I train with weights once a week to promote muscle growth. Professionally, I work as a caregiver in a residential home for people with mental health challenges and am pursuing a degree in social pedagogy.
My Hobbies:
In my free time, I am often at the gym, on the sports field, or snowboarding in the mountains during the winter.
What I Want to Do in My Life:
On my days off, I enjoy spending time with my girlfriend, relaxing, and occasionally indulging in delicious ice cream.
