My motivation as a trainer:
The biggest motivation for me as a trainer is to witness the changes our clients make. This progress motivates not only me, but everyone in the group, which leads to a perfect balance. I support our clients with a lot of motivation, stimulation and consideration of individual needs.
My hobbies:
Sports in general (surfing, soccer, volleyball and functional training), traveling, cooking and eating.
What I still want to do in my life:
A world trip to discover many new places and get to know the different cultures, norms, values and cuisine.
