My motivation as a trainer:
As an exercise person, I love to be active and have tried many sports: Fitness, kickboxing, jogging, hiking and horseback riding. Unfortunately, in our modern society we sit way too much. That's why strength and endurance training are part of my life as a balance and basis. Making training fun, enjoying the positive effects together and celebrating the progress is the greatest motivation for me.
My hobbies:
Horseback riding, hiking, being in nature and exercise.
What else I want to do in my life:
I want to get to know nature and the animals of the world. The endless expanses of the savannah, the green of forests or the roughness of rocky landscapes fascinate me. Namibia, Canada and Iceland are at the top of my travel list.
