My motivation as a trainer:
As a teenager, I felt uncomfortable in my body for a long time. Unfortunately, I was initially unsuccessful in training because I lacked good supervision. When I was still able to achieve my goals, I vowed to develop a care concept that would bring everyone individually, quickly and efficiently to their personal goal.
My hobbies:
I enjoy almost everything that has to do with nature and movement. For example swimming, climbing, hiking, jogging ...
What I want to do in my life:
On a trip around the world I want to discover nature and get to know the different cultures. For me, traveling is pure freedom and gives me new space for ideas and dreams.
