My motivation as a trainer:
A healthy lifestyle is very important to me. I discovered my passion for various sports as a child. A healthy diet was also always very important to me. A few years ago, I decided to take further training to become a certified nutritionist so that I could deepen my knowledge. Now I have acquired a great deal of knowledge, which I would like to pass on. I would like to accompany and motivate people on their way in the best possible way, so that they have just as much joy in the movement and the healthy nutrition, as I do.
My hobbies:
Triathlon, is my great passion! I train many hours a week and also complete competitions in the various distances.
What else would I like to do in my life:
One of my biggest wishes is to complete an Ironman.
