My motivation as a trainer:
Sport has always been more than just a hobby for me – it's a way of life. With over 13 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have supported countless people on their journey to better health, strength, and performance. After completing my three-year vocational training as a sports and fitness merchant, I actively sought new challenges to continuously develop myself. What has especially shaped me are my passions for boxing and parkour, which have taught me not only physical strength but also mental discipline and perseverance. These principles flow into my training – I want to not only make my clients fitter but also help them overcome their limits and become the best version of themselves. My drive is to support people individually, motivate them, and show them how movement and a healthy mindset can positively change their lives.
