My motto is the ancient Greek quote "A healthy mind in a healthy body". My motivation as a trainer comes from my ability to inspire and motivate people. I can help people feel better about their bodies and enjoy their lives to the fullest. With my training, I can make a real difference in the lives of others and that is what drives me to do my best every day.
